What customers say?

“ Really good plant-based food is hard to find—so many salads and impossible burgers. But this place is really different. The owner is a creative chef who puts a lot of thought into her offerings. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. The sandwiches are really yummy. The owner and her crew are very gracious about modifying menu items to accommodate a customer’s special dietary needs. The cafe is clean and bright and even has cute decor items on a low shelf for children to look at and actually touch. I’ll be back! ”

“ Absolutely loved our experience here. I can't have seed oils and dairy and I avoid gluten, so it was amazing to come to somewhere that I could eat pretty much everything. Me and my friend shared several things and loved it all. Was great to know how clean and fresh I was eating without such a hassle like most places. Love the atmosphere and that they had the door open with fresh air and seating outside also. Friendly staff, no complaints! ”

“ This is my favorite place to have lunch in St. Louis! Being vegan, gluten free and dairy free can sometimes be a challenge so I was delighted to find this spot. Thank you Taylor for taking so much pride in what you cook and prepare for us. What a beautiful soul and delish food! The chocolate cupcakes were amazing too ”

“ Fantastic food - such a great variety of dishes, there's something for everyone's tastes! If you've been on the fence about trying this place, definitely give it a try. You can taste the love in this food! ”

“ This is located off the Lindbergh strip in Sunset Hills, near BJC. There is plenty of parking. The dining room is for parties that may come and go - not a huge dining space but not super limiting like a cafe. I came here after an evening walk, so I was wanting something "good for you," and for the past two months, I've been trying out a lot of plant based restaurants. Since I had never had jackfruit, I asked the super helpful cashier what it tasted like. She described it as "like chicken" and even offered me a small sample. When I tried the sample, I was sold. It was savory, lighter in density and tasted like...chicken! I took a seat by the window while I waited for it to be prepared. They have an Instagram-worthy chair in the corner with an empowering quote emboldened above: "Don't plant anything but love." The food came up shortly after with layers of corn tortillas topped with cashew cheese, savory bites of jackfruit, black beans, red onions, diced tomatoes, and healthy portions of avocado topped with cashew sour cream. When I was done with my plate, I hardly left any crumbs. That was the best vegan nachos I have ever had! I definitely will be back to try more things. I saw cookies on my way out and forced myself to walk past them! ”

“ Visited for the sandwich and their lentil soup (a soup of the day) - ended the course with the turtle chocolate cake for dessert and it was delicious!! Anyone looking for a great vegan spot, this is the place! 10/10 would recommend ”

“ A+ for flavor, cooking technique, speed, and variety! We almost spent more time deciding what to eat than it took for them to bring it out to us. We ordered the Seared Brussel Sprouts, Caesar Salad, Sausage Fennel Pizza, and Cupcakes and the cook said we chose her favorite menu items. The food quality and cooking techniques used was on par with a fancy restaurant like the Tree House. Everything tasted so fresh and healthy. I really liked the Vegan Ricotta dollps and the flavorful sausage on my pizza. I was skeptical of the brussels sprouts, but they were so flavorful too with the balsamic vinigarette that I'd happily order them again. I need to stop being skeptical of salads at vegan restaurants too since vegan chefs usually know how to make them so satisfying and filling - this Caesar salad was tossed in a nice dressing and the pepperoni was tasty too. Definitely check this place out! ”

“ I visited Plant Craft Kitchen for dinner and ordered a Pesto Pizza with a vegan chocolate chip cookie. I absolutely LOVED it. It’s usually hard to find vegan pizza places, and I was so pleasantly surprised with how nicely the pizza was curated, how fresh the ingredients were and just the taste of everything together! Would definitely recommend it to anyone in St Louis or anyone visiting the city. ”
